I help adults and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, and weight loss management.

I use an integrative approach with my clients as I recognize every client is an individual with unique needs. I tailor my sessions to your goals and use cognitive behavioral therapy and client centered therapy to support you in creating the space and tools needed to move forward towards healing.  My goal of our relationship is to empower you to find self-acceptance , self-awareness, so that you can make changes to your thought patterns and behavior.  We condition ourselves to have certain beliefs that impact our life choices, relationships and overall well being. Together, we uncover what is making you feel stuck and preventing you from achieving your goals and from moving forward. I aim to provide you with the skills and motivation so that you can learn to accept your reality and make changes that improve your relationships, decisions, and overall health. 

It is not easy to ask for support, but I will create a safe space for you, and walk beside you. If it is mentionable, it is manageable. You can’t always control what happens in your life, but you can control your thoughts and behavior so that you can live a more successful and peaceful life. Let’s move forward together.
