Anxiety Coaching

 

 
 

I have a private 1:1 coaching program designed for women struggling with high functioning anxiety and have traits of being perfectionistic, overachieving and struggle with “people-pleasing” tendencies. My coaching sessions will help you manage ruminating thoughts, create better boundaries to reduce stress in your relationships, support you in protecting your time and energy, and help you make decisions from your values instead of your emotions. I use evidence-based strategies derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you move forward in hitting your personal goals for anxiety recovery.

Coaching sessions are 60 minutes in length and take place on zoom. I walk you through my anxiety treatment curriculum and also provide PDF’s and other evidence based resources to help you manage your anxiety. It usually takes my client’s about 8-10 sessions to learn all of the skills that I teach and apply them to their lives.
