Christine Podber
I believe that a productive therapeutic environment is one of mutual trust, collaboration and respect so that you can feel at ease and understood.
I am committed to helping individuals make desired changes to promote personal growth and enhance life experiences. Self-talk affects our self-esteem, confidence and relationships with others. Working together, we will identify the self-talk that is impeding your personal growth to help you decrease stressful feelings, change dysfunctional patterns and improve coping skills. I have experience with evidenced based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy however, I customize treatment to focus not only on the problem/symptoms but the uniqueness of each client. While we are not always able to control what happens in life, we will work together to overcome life's challenges and achieve personal healing and growth.
